Rachel has worked in mental health since 2005.  Beginning her career working in a group home with pregnant and parenting adolescents, and continuing continuing to graduate school working as an intern in an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program and at Kaiser Permanente department of psychiatry as a MSW intern. After graduate school Rachel completed a post-graduate fellowship at Cedars Sinai focusing on practicing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) in the inpatient, partial hospitalization and outpatient levels of care. Rachel has since worked in the school setting, hospital setting as a medical social worker, inpatient psychiatric social worker and as the manager of an intensive outpatient therapy program (IOP) since obtaining her professional license in 2013. Rachel has been in private practice since 2014.
